Energizing, slightly sweet and totally delicious, this matcha green smoothie is a great on-the-go breakfast.
- 1 frozen banana, broken into pieces
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
